Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Roxy Creations. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
- returned with its original packaging, where applicable;
- accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Roxy Creations cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable, except where required by law or where the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at roxycreations11@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
Vintage and antique materials
Many Roxy Creations products are made from or contain vintage and antique materials.
Age-related characteristics such as patina, fading, foxing, marks, worn edges, small tears, variations in colour, irregular stitching and other signs of previous use are part of the nature and beauty of these materials and are not normally considered defects when they have been described or shown in the product listing.
Please review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Handmade products
Handmade products may show small variations in size, colour, stitching, placement and finish. These differences are part of the handmade nature of the item and make each piece unique.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot normally be returned:
- personalised or custom-made products;
- digital products after downloading or accessing the file, where the customer has agreed to the immediate supply and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal;
- gift cards;
- items returned in a used, altered or damaged condition caused after delivery.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or not as described.
European Union right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the legal exceptions.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal period. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will try to cancel it. Once an order has been shipped, it must be handled as a return.
